What Is It?

  • This is a program that you can use to create your own postcards. You can add your own flare to big cat photos and print them out to send them to your friends.

How Does It Work?

  • After you download and install this mini-program you will see a screen that lets you choose a photo of one of the cats that live at Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida.
  • You click on a photo to choose it.
  • That takes you to a screen where you can choose various Easter Clip art graphics.
  • You click and drag Easter graphics onto the big cat photo and drop them where you want them to be on your personalized postcard.
  • There is a square for you to type your own text into and that text is automatically added onto your postcard.
  • You can then drag and drop your text box anywhere on the postcard that you want it to be,
  • When your postcard is personalized and decorated just the way you want it..
  • You just click the print button.
  • We recommend printing on a nice white card stock.
  • After your postcard is printed, cut it out. (Kids, have an adult help you)
  • Turn your postcard over and write your return address in the upper left hand corner.
  • Write the address to the person you are mailing the postcard to in the center of the back of the postcard.
  • Add a postage stamp in the upper right hand corner of the postcard.
  • Drop your finished postcard off at the post office to mail it.

What Supplies Are Needed?

  • Windows PC
  • Mouse
  • White card stock
  • Printer with color ink
  • Scissors (adults should help kids)
  • Postage stamp appropriate for mailing a regular postcard

How Does The Install Work?

  • Click on the download link below
  • Choose to SAVE or SAVE AS the file to your computer (not run)
  • Remember where on your computer you choose to save the file to.
  • After the download completes just double click the file you downloaded
  • Follow on-screen instructions to install & setup the program

How To Start The Program After The Install:

  • On your computer's START menu click START>>PROGRAMS>>Big Cat Rescue>>Build A Postcard Easter
