ChatBigCats.com is a website similar to MySpace, YouTube or FaceBook. The major difference is that ALL the photos, videos, blogs, message board discussions etc are animal related. It is a great place for people who love animals to surf around and have a roaring good time, relax and connect with other animal loving people if that want to. It is a great place to learn or teach about animals.
ChatBigCats.com is only a little more than a year old and its purpose is to give animal lovers and families a safer place to enjoy a social network while becoming a collective voice for animals.
The goals of ChatBigCats.com is to connect people who love animals to each other and to raise awareness for issues facing animals and to help encourage people to be a voice for animals who have no voice.
ChatBigcats.com is sometimes funny, sometimes educational, and is always fun.
ChatBigCats.com is for sharing about ALL kinds of animals, not just the cats.

Purpose Of The Contest:
The purpose of this contest is to get people acquainted with surfing around it and checking out what other members have posted like their videos and photos etc. we are hoping this contest will encourage everyone to be a collective voice for animals and have good clean fun in the process.
Who Calculates the Points:
The points system is automated and each time a member performs one of the activities listed below the automated system logs their points so the point determination will be unbiased and fair and not computed by humans.
Occasional Point Specials Will Available:
Occasionally we will run some specials. That means that from time to time we will offer extra points for certain activities below for a specified period of time.

Prizes:
Prizes will be given as store credit for www.BigCatRescue.biz which is the online gift shop for www.BigCatRescue.org. Credit is non-transferable to any other store. Credit is not redeemable for cash or anything outside of that one online store. Once the winners are announced they will be contact through their ChatBigCats.com inbox and arrangements will be made to get their store account and credit setup.

Get Free Animal Photos to Use as Profile Photos:
Earn more points by adding a profile photo. We are sharing photos of many different wild animals that you can use as your profile photo. If you have a favorite cat at Big Cat Rescue or another favorite animal that isn't on those sharing pages, let us know. We have a whole lot more photos we can post for you to borrow as a profile photo.
Members NOT Eligible For Participation:
The following members will not be participating in this contest because they are in one way or another connected to the contest or to the administrator of ChatBigCats.com. There are a few others but these are the main ones that you will see with high points. The system will automatically log points for these members the same as it does all other members, however, when the points are looked at to determine the winners of the contest the following members' points will be ignored.

ALSO, logout when you leave the site and then when you login AND SURF you earn 15,000 points. You can actually login and and surf around (earn points) three times each day.
- This is to encourage members to check in and see what's new more than once a day, on days they can. It also gives members who can't participate in the coloring pages, flash game distribution, video uploading etc the same chance to win as everyone else.
- NOTE: The automated points system logs your points for this when you actually login. So if you are not logging out when you leave the site and come back it won't log the points, so log out when you leave so you can log back in.

Flash Game Distribution Information:
A new line of Flash Games is being created to promote Big Cat Rescue's main website, www.BigCatRescue.org. Getting these games hosted in many places around the Internet will help increase traffic to BigCatRescue.org. That is important because getting more new people to that website provides more opportunities for educating the public on so many important issues surrounding big cats.

YOU can help educate the public by helping us get more people to visit www.BigCatRescue.org.
If you have a website you can host our new flash game son your website. It is really very easy to do. You just create a new page and then import or drag and drop the SWF game file onto the new page, save the page and upload it to your website. We will be happy to provide a more detailed set of instructions; just ask.
If you do not have your own website you can still help in this promotional task by uploading our flash games (SWF FILE) to one of the MANY website around the Internet that allows submissions of flash games. If you want to participate in this, let us know and we will provide more detailed instructions.
To get your ChatBigCats.com points for helping us distribute the new flash games drop us an email (or chatbigcats.com message) giving us the link to where you have posted the flash games at. We will then manually add your points.
To get the SWF files for uploading/distribution just drop us an email or ChatBigCats.com message and let us know which games you need the SWF files for and we will get them to you wither by an email attachment or we can upload them as a zip file for you to download.
PLEASE NOTE: We only want the games on family friendly websites and websites that do NOTE promote wild animals as pets.

Coloring Pages Guidelines:
Coloring pages MUST be your own creation.
Coloring pages can be either hand drawn or traced from one of our animal photographs or from a photograph that YOU own the copyrights to.
It is understood that submitting your coloring page drawing is giving your permission:
- for it to be used in our various projects on with no fees charged to us (projects will support or promote Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida)
- for us to post it on BigCatFun.com & RETURN2eden.org as free downloads
Need Big Cat Photos or other Animal Photos to trace: You can use photos from any of these websites to trace your coloring pages from: www.BigCatRescue.org | www.BigCatFun.com | www.RETURN2eden.org | www.SpfdBus.com | On these four websites check out the desktop wallpaper sections as those are made from photos that we either own the copyrights to or that one of our advocats owns the copyrights to and has given her permission for them to be used for this purpose.
